1. Colours and finishes
*Photographs displayed on our website are representative of the finished product. Whilst every effort will be made to match all colours and finishes, goods are supplied on the understanding that there may be shade variations. Some images have been digitally created to illustrate the colour options available for this range. These colours will be affected by your monitor and by your printer and therefore may not be 100% accurate to the finished product. Exact colour swatches can be sent out free of charge. 2. Size and description of product
All sizes quoted are approximate. Size and product descriptions are given in good faith but as each table is hand made it is difficult to provide exact dimensions. Products are manufactured to perform within the appropriate industry measurement tolerances.
3. Guarantee
All goods supplied are guaranteed by the manufacturer for a period of 12 months from date of delivery in respect of faulty workmanship or materials. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
4. Delivery dates
All delivery dates quoted at the time of your order are estimates. Whilst we make every effort to ensure that we honour estimated delivery dates, it is possible that circumstances beyond our control may cause delivery dates to be changed.
5. Discount
We feel our prices are very competitive compared to anything of comparable quality, from time to time we offer various discount codes during sale periods. This may lead to a customer having more than one discount code unfortunately we can only apply one code per order, if you have more than one code we advise to use the higher of the two.
6. Pricing Disclaimer
All prices on this web site are subject to change without notice. Whilst we make every effort to provide you the most accurate, up-to-date information, occasionally, one or more items on our web site may be mis-priced. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical, photographic, or technical error, Zespoke Design Ltd shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
If an item’s correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will cancel your order and notify you of the price error and order cancellation. You will, of course, have an opportunity to purchase the item at the correct price, if you so wish.
7. Made to Order Products
All of our products are made to order and have been produced specifically for you, therefore no refunds or exchanges can be made unless there is an error on our part regarding the product specification, or the item is found to be faulty.
Exceptions to this policy
The Cancellation and Refund policy described above will stand unless:
We have not followed your instructions clearly
The order has been delayed by more than 3 weeks after the lead time quoted to you
The product is found to be faulty
